The chicken wings or drum sticks are typically deep fried before the sauce is slathered on, a little or a lot depending on how brave you're feeling. Or coat wings and grill or bake them, then dip em' straight in the sauce at the table for an extra hit!

The spicy pepper sauce can be used in other dishes, splash it on your fajitas or burritos, a dash in your sandwich or dip in some crunchy celery or carrots.
