Made to a traditional Chinese recipe, Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles are a delicious accompaniment to all your home cooked Oriental food.

Dried in individual portions, these nests are so simple to cook. Simply add the noodles to a pan of boiling water (1 nest per person) and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and serve, or you could add them as a last minute ingredient in a stir fry.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 28 days.
